## How we approach discovery & design

We research and design powerful tools for real people — always aimed at the build that follows.

* ### Real problem before pretty screen  
A design starts with the people who will use it — their behaviour, context and frustrations — not with the style guide.
* ### Validate before we build big  
Sprints, prototypes and user tests stop you from spending months building something nobody actually needed.
* ### Behaviour beats opinion  
We'd rather look once at real use than ten times at a dashboard. Research delivers the decisions, not loose data.
* ### Part of the build, not separate  
We work in the same teams as the developers, so every insight lands in working software — not in a report nobody reads.
